Carondelet or Kirkwood Branch and provided an alternative to crowded
downtown rail lines. This portion of rail line was abandoned in 1990. In
1991, Trailnet purchased a section of this corridor under the Rails to
Trails Act. This trail section extends from the Orlando Gardens trailhead
off Hoffmeister Avenue to Pardee Road and encompasses 75 acres, is 100
feet wide, and 6.2 miles long mostly parallel to Gravois Creek. Visit www.bikegrantstrail.com
